The procedure of registration of foreign gratuitous aid refined in Belarus. Foreseen by the decision of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2016 No. 140.

The document introduced changes and additions in the unified list of administrative procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, approved by the decree of the Council of Ministers of 17 February 2012 No. 156.

In particular, the amended rules contain the administrative procedures concerning the registration of foreign gratuitous aid received in cash and in the form of goods (property). So, regarding these procedures, specified the list of documents submitted by interested persons to authorized body, and also reduced the time frame for their implementation.

Additionally, the list is supplemented by a new administrative procedure: registration of foreign gratuitous assistance received for the implementation of humanitarian programmes. This procedure is carried out by the Department on humanitarian activity of administrative Department of the President for free in 10 days subject to provision of relevant documents.

Also document the changes and additions to a number of administrative procedures in the sphere of state registration of immovable property, rights thereto and transactions therewith.

The decree will come into force on 4 March.
