The Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin visited the production complex of TEXNOPARK, located in the Yashnabad district of the capital on the territory of the former Tashkent Aircraft Plant.
The enterprise, established in 2019 to produce import-substituting products, now unites 17 high-tech production facilities. The prime minister was shown the capabilities for producing a wide range of products: from electronic gas meters, elevators, and escalators to household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines), industrial equipment (boilers, air conditioners, pumps), and building materials (sandwich panels, aluminum composite panels, basalt insulation materials).
Today, the Prime Ministers of Belarus and Uzbekistan continue to work together, discussing promising projects and areas of bilateral cooperation.
