Truck entry date reservations at Belarus' border crossings begin on 1 April

Starting 1 April 2026, carriers will be able to reserve entry dates for freight vehicles at road border crossing points, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin has signed the relevant resolution.

Changes to the operation procedure of the electronic queue system were introduced by Resolution No. 152 of the Council of Ministers of 31 March 2026.

Booking the date is carried out remotely on the website of the operator of the electronic queue system (Beltamozhservice).

The number of trucks per day for which the entry date to a border crossing point can be booked will be determined in coordination with the State Customs Committee and the State Border Committee for each border crossing point, taking into account its capacity.

The fee for registration in the electronic queue system with booking of the entry date to the border crossing point will be 31.5 base units for each freight vehicle.

The amendments are intended to improve the efficiency of freight transportation planning.
