More than 40 students, winners of international Olympiads from across the country, met with Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Natalya Petkevich at the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone.

First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Nikolai Snopkov introduced the new head of the National Tourism Agency, Kirill Masharsky, to the staff of the agency and outlined updated objectives for the sector’s development.

Belarus’ Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich and Governor of Russia’s Kirov Oblast Alexander Sokolov have discussed promising areas of cooperation.

The Belarusian government has approved a water resource management strategy through 2040. Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin signed the corresponding resolution.

Strategic significance is being attached to the Belarusian Labor and Social Security Ministry in the new five-year period, Deputy Prime Minister Natalya Petkevich said as she introduced new minister Andrei Lobovich to the ministry’s staff on 16 January.
