Belarus is always open to dialogue with its neighbors, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel.
“The most important thing is to always talk with neighbors before making any decisions. We should consistently act in a constructive manner, guided by the interests of our citizens, economies, and businesses,” Aleksandr Turchin said.
