Prime Minister of Belarus Aleksandr Turchin has instructed appropriate government agencies to ensure the realization of the approaches the Head of state had authorized to raising housing and utility rates as from 1 March 2026 instead of 1 January.

Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin signed a Resolution of the Council of Ministers "On Issues Concerning the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biological Diversity".
